Christian brings over 15 years of experience across property operations, asset management, construction, and organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed and supported diverse real estate portfolios across multiple states and markets—from individual homes and smaller properties to large residential communities and large-scale portfolios. His experience spans multifamily and single-family property management, commercial operations, renovations, capital improvements, and the rehabilitation of distressed assets.
Having worked at both the property and executive levels, Christian has developed a perspective shaped by challenges, markets, and operating environments rarely encountered within a single local market. He understands both the daily realities of managing a property and the broader financial and operational decisions that drive long-term performance.
Christian brings that institutional-level experience to Fox Haven through attentive, hands-on service. His approach emphasizes sound judgment, proactive problem-solving, disciplined financial stewardship, and clear communication—all with the goal of protecting each client’s investment and helping it perform at its highest potential.
Graham Flynn
Asset Manager

Graham brings over 15 years of experience in multifamily real estate, progressing from onsite leasing and property management to executive leadership with oversight of approximately 5,000 units. Her career has spanned multiple states, varied market conditions, and a wide range of assets—from new lease-ups and luxury communities to properties requiring significant operational improvement.
Her strength lies in connecting financial insight with real-world execution. Graham has a proven ability to recognize patterns, work through complex challenges, and turn detailed information into practical strategies that improve occupancy, strengthen operations, and create lasting value. Her experience at every level of the industry gives her a rare understanding of how decisions made at the portfolio level ultimately affect individual properties, residents, and owners.
